PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which allows external correction to be performed and reduces an occupancy area of a read circuit.SOLUTION: A display device has a pixel and a read circuit. The pixel has a transistor and a display element. The read circuit has a function selection unit and an operational amplifier. The transistor is electrically connected to the function selection unit through wiring. The operational amplifier is electrically connected to the function selection unit. The function selection unit has at least one switch. The switching of the switch allows a function of the read circuit to be selected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
