The present invention relates to a high strength hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent press formability and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the high strength hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent press formability comprises: 0.04-0.09 wt% of carbon (C); 0.1-0.5 wt% of silicon (Si); 0.8-1.8 wt% of manganese (Mn); 0.01-0.08 wt% of aluminum (Al); 0.001-0.01 wt% of nitrogen (N); 0.005-0.05 wt% of niobium (Nb); 0.005~0.15 wt% of titanium (Ti); 0.01-0.2 wt% of vanadium (V); and the remaining consisting of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities. The high strength hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent press formability has an area ratio of a crystal grain consisting of: {113}<110> {112}<110> and a texture of 10-20%, and a relative texture strength of 4 or less. |
