The present invention provides conductive powder having conductivity and electric reliability which is equal to or higher than existing conductive powder consisting of conductive particles in the prior art having a gold plating film as an outermost layer. According to the present invention, conductive powder consists of conductive particles further having a palladium film on a nickel film particle surface having a nickel film on the surface of core material particles; conductive powder has 5 or more protruding portions, protruding from the surface of the palladium film, formed to be a continuum with the palladium film, and having a height of 50 nm or more, per one particle; a content of the palladium film is 3 wt% or less; and a ratio in which primary particles are occupied, of conductive particles, is 85 wt% or more with respect to the weight of conductive powder. |
