PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the position and the posture of a moving object at high speed in projection mapping, to perform video projection.SOLUTION: A projection mapping device, which detects a target object and projects a projection video onto a target object, includes: a model point group optimization unit which, when performing offline processing before the projection, deletes data not influencing estimation, from the model point group data to estimate the position and the posture of the target object; and a scene point group optimization unit which, when performing online processing during projection, deletes data not influencing estimation, from scene point group data acquired real time from the target object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
