PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system configured to allow a user to use a service of another system only by paying a fee for one system.SOLUTION: A system includes: a first system for identifying a terminal with first identification information; and a second system for identifying the terminal with second identification information. The system includes: second balance information storage means 7002 which stores the second identification information of the terminal in association with second balance information; and fee calculation means 831 which calculates a fee for first data communication. The fee calculation means refers to correspondence information formed by associating the first identification information of the terminal with the second identification information, acquires the second identification information of the terminal associated with the first identification information, and withdraws the fee for the first data communication to be used by the terminal, from the second balance information associated with the second identification information in the second balance information storage means 7002.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
