PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which secures reception demodulation quality in OFDM transmission which uses an idle frequency band in another system, and effectively utilizes the frequency band by performing sidelobe suppression.SOLUTION: When a certain band width is occupied by an OFDM signal of the self-system in one idle frequency region of the existing system, a window section length in a central frequency region composed of subcarriers in a central part is set shorter than the window section length of both ends, so as to reduce deterioration in reception quality. As to a packet in first transmission, which is transmitted through subcarrier blocks SCBLK1, SCBLK5 at both end parts adjacent to another system signal, in retransmission, the packet is transmitted through subcarrier blocks SCBLK2-SCBLK4 in the central part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
