PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 11 includes: a substrate 1; a first lower electrode layer 2a disposed on the substrate 1; a second lower electrode layer 2b which is disposed on the substrate 1 so as to form a first space P1 with the first lower electrode layer 2a; a photoelectric conversion layer A disposed from an area on the first lower electrode layer 2a to an area on the second lower electrode layer 2b; a separation photoelectric conversion layer C which is disposed on the second lower electrode layer 2b so as to form a second space P2 with the photoelectric conversion layer A; an upper electrode layer B disposed on the photoelectric conversion layer A; a connection conductor 7 which is disposed in the second space P2 and electrically connects the upper electrode layer B with the second lower electrode layer 2b; and an insulation layer 20 disposed on an interface between an upper surface of the second lower electrode layer 2b and the photoelectric conversion layer A and an interface between a first space P1 side surface of the second lower electrode layer 2b and the photoelectric conversion layer A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
