PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds for use, such as in the prevention or treatment of cancer, inflammatory disorders, autoimmune disorders, immune disorders, metabolic disorders, and fibrotic disorders, as a kinase pathway inhibitor, and further in reducing the risk of contacting with teratogenic agents.SOLUTION: The invention relates to pharmaceutical formulations containing 4-((9-((3S)-tetrahydro-3-furanyl)-8-((2,4,6-trifluorophenyl)amino)-9H-purine-2-yl)amino)-trans-cyclohexanol represented by the left formula of the following formulas, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, isotopologue thereof or a tautomer represented by the right formula, and microcrystalline cellulose silicified with the compound.
