PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humanized murine antibody that binds to a human insulin receptor (HIR).SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a humanized murine antibody that binds to the human insulin receptor (HIR), said antibody comprising: a) heavy chain of amino acids comprising a constant region and a variable region, wherein said variable region has an amino end and a carboxyl end and comprises complementarity determining regions interspersed between framework regions, said complementarity determining regions comprising a first complementarity determining region located at the amino end of said variable region, a third complementarity determining region located at the carboxyl end of said variable region, and a second complementarity determining region located between said first and third complementarity determining regions, and the humanized antibody comprising a light chain of amino acids compatible with said heavy chain.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
