PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operation interface screen common and individual scan setting shared in an environment in which there are a plurality of medium processing devices.SOLUTION: A scan control server SCS comprises: a communication unit 10 that connects with a network NW with which a medium processing device MP is connected; an authentication module 32 that authenticates a user; a common scan module 34 that reads out individual scan setting from a scan master database 44 on receiving a scan function utilization request; and a dedicated scan module 36 that generates data to have an operation interface screen displayed, reflects the read-out individual scan setting in data, and transmits the data to a medium processing device MP. The dedicated scan module 36 comprises a file processing module 38 that transmits a scan execution instruction to the medium processing device MP on receiving a scan start notice from the medium processing device MP, further receives scan data, i.e. a scan execution result, and stores it in a storage unit 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
