Provided is an acrylic resin composition with which it is possible to obtain a molded product having excellent shock resistance and other mechanical properties, as well as transparency and hue, and a film with minimal visual defects such as dye-lines and concave defects. In the resin composition containing acrylic resin and graft copolymer according to the present invention, the graft copolymer has a 65-84% gel fraction, and is a multistep polymerization graft copolymer obtained by multistep polymerization containing the following polymerization steps (I) to (III). (I) a monomer mixture (a) mainly containing methacrylate ester and a mixture containing a polyfunctional monomer are polymerized to obtain a hard polymer, (II) a monomer mixture (b) mainly containing acrylate ester and a mixture containing a polyfunctional monomer are polymerized to obtain a soft polymer, (III) a monomer mixture (c) mainly containing methacrylate ester and, as necessary, a mixture containing a polyfunctional monomer, are polymerized to obtain a hard polymer. However, in polymerization step (I), the mixture containing the monomer mixture (a) and polyfunctional monomer is polymerized in the presence of a primary and/or secondary alkyl mercaptan chain transfer agent. |
