PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of light emitted from an LED 22a (light source).SOLUTION: Of the light emitted from an LED 22a (light source) to illuminate a name plate 23, the light traveling toward a lower contact surface 26a (contact surface) where a partition wall portion 25a (lamp housing 25) abuts on a circuit board 24 is blocked by a solder bump 40a (light-blocking portion) formed on the circuit board 24 around the LED 22a.
