The improvements are applicable to that type of plate consisting of two layers, one formed by a sheet or plate of aluminium 1 and the other formed by a covering sheet 2, the outer surface of the latter constituting the background colour contrasting with signs obtained by stamping (deep drawing) on the metallic plate 1. The improvements relate principally to the manner in which the plate 1 and covering sheet 2 are fixed, using two types of adhesive 3, 4, the first being removable and the second permanent, with the particular feature that these two adhesives are placed on the surface of the plate 1 independently and in correspondence with specific areas so as to allow, on the one hand, detachment of the cut- outs of the signs obtained by stamping and, at the same time, inseparable fixing of the plate 1 and the covering plate 2. <IMAGE>
