A composition, comprising (a) a Diels-Alder-adduct of cyclopentadiene, (b) a catalyst for the ring-opening metathesis polymerisation, and (c) 2-95 % by weight of a filler, based on the entire composition, the filler containing at least 0.5 % by weight of a basic adsorbent, based on the entire composition, gives cured products having excellent mechanical and electrical properties and is particularly suitable as coating material for electrical and electronic components.
