PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for developing a document output terminal from an autonomous machine module by converting a mark job specification which is independent of form and time into various actions of machine module which depend on form and time, and coordinating these actions. SOLUTION: A mark function controller 74 receives a mark job and other communication from a customer of mark function and controls overall operation of machine modules 104, 106, and 108. The mark job is made to queue in a mark job queue 94, sent to a scheduler 96, and made to start execution. The scheduler 96 is uploaded by a controller 74 at the time of powering up, and it understands the machine modules 104, 106, and 108 in regard to capability and restriction to be stored in a restriction memory device 110 and performs modeling. Further, the scheduler 96 coordinates the machine modules 104, 106, and 108 so as to create a job. |
