PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric ceramic composition bakable together with a conductvie metal such as Ag or Cu at a relatively low temperature and having high dielectric constant and Q value and relatively low temperature-coefficient of resonant frequency by compounding an MgTiO3 -CaTiO3 composition with a boron-containing compound and a potassium-containing compound at specific ratios. SOLUTION: This dielectric ceramics composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a main component expressed by the compositional formula (1-x)MgTiO3 -xCaTiO3 ((x) is weight ratio; 0.01<=x<=0.15), 3-30 pts.wt. of a boron-containing compound (in terms of B2 O3 ) and 1-25wt.% of a potassium-containing compound (in terms of K2 CO3 ). The boron-containing compound is metallic boron, B2 O3 , colemanite, CaB2 O4 , etc., and the potassium-containing compound is metallic K, K2 CO3 , KCl, KF, KOH, etc. |
