PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print plural discrete pages in one document with one printing indication. SOLUTION: With the control of CPU 11 based on ROM 14 or a hard disk drive into/from which data can be written/read or a hard disk device 15 or a program supplied from a floppy disk 18, document information on the document constituted of the plural pages, which is stored in the hard disk, is read. The page numbers of the plural pages which are to be outputted to a printer device 16 in the document are discretely designated and are stored in RAM 13. Whether the respective pages in document information are those whose output is designated or not is judged based on information stored in RAM 13 and the hard disk. The plural pages which are discretely designated are collectively printed and outputted from the printer device 16 in accordance with a judged result. |
