[Also in Division B2] A spraying device for use in a dishwashing machine comprises a tube 2 having a plurality of spray nozzles 5 and rotatable about an axis parallel :to or coincident with its own axis by a single phase synchronous electric motor 9 having permanent magnet excitation, the direction of rotation being reversed when the tube 2 reaches predetermined limits of rotation in two opposite directions, e.g. when a projection 11 on the tube 2 engages either of two fixed stops 12 and 13. The nozzles 5 are provided in one or more rows in a substantially flat surface extending axially of the tube 2. |
