<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the bonding force by successively applying three kinds of polychloroprence rubber solution having different viscosity from each other to the undersurface of an instep cover that has been surface-treated by polytetrafluoroethylene, and by press- contact heating the outer sole against the applying surface of the undersurface of the instep cover, so that the undersurface of the instep cover and the outer sole can be bonded. CONSTITUTION: When the instep cover of a shoe that has been surface-treated by polytetrafluoroethylene (hereinafter called PTFE) and the outer sole are bonded, a kneaded material of pure rubber composition of polychloroprence rubber (hereinafter called PCG) whose crystallization is large when the polymerization temperature is 20 deg.C or less is prepared, and this is dissolved into a solvent to make a solution of viscosity of 50 to 150cp. This solution is applied to the undersurface of the instep cover that has been surface-treated by the PTFE. A solution of a viscosity of 2000 to 4000cp is prepared by a kneaded material of a high filling composition of the PCG. A specific reagent solution is added to this solution, and is further applied to the solution applied surface. A solution of a viscosity of 5000 to 7000cp is prepared by the high filling composition of the PCG, and after a specific reagent solution has been added to this solution, this is further applied to the previously applied surface, and the outer sole is contact pressed against the applied surface.</p> |
