<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of diversified variations by arbitrary combination of units, ensuring the storage space of consumables, and neatly storing the consumables. SOLUTION: Paper feed units 2-4 which are commonly used as a base of an image forming device body 1 and a consumables storage unit 5 are stacked in an interchangeable manner to the lower part of the image forming device body 1, an opening 27 to take in the papers carried from the paper feed units 2-4 is provided in a bottom surface of the image forming device body 1, and guide means 10-12, 15 to guide the carriage of the papers are arranged inside the paper feed units 2-4.
