<p>PURPOSE:To transmit data while guaranteeing the output according to the order of arrival without fail even when the plural parallel packet data arrive while being competed by avoiding the competition timing of an input signal, for which the output of an arbitration control part is not fixed, by providing a competition avoiding part. CONSTITUTION:A competition avoiding part 700 is provided in a conventional device. The other parts, namely, data transmission parts 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 100, arbitration control part 80 and word number count part 800 are same as the conventional device. The competition avoiding part 700 sets time difference more than prescribed time between the input timing of a signal showing the arrival of one packet data and the input timing of a signal showing the arrival of the other following packet data to the arbitration control part 80. The arbitration control part 80 outputs a transmission permitting signal so as to transmit the plural packet data successively to the output side transmission line in the order of arrival.</p> |
