Stopper support and a sleeve are for placing on the bottle neck. The sleeve has a sheath which guides the skirt of a cap which supports the stopper. The skirt has passages between its inside and outside and device to retain the stopper. A spring moves the sleeve out of the skirt, while the relative movement of the sleeve and skirt is limited.
