PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing paper winding preventing apparatus in a typographic rotary press for preventing the winding of printing paper around a plate cylinder or impression cylinder when the cutting of printing paper is generated. SOLUTION: This apparatus is constituted of the detection means 19 detecting the cutting of printing paper 4 respectively provided on the outlet side of the plate cylinder 7 of a typographic rotary press 2 and the inlet side of a folding machine 3 and the paper press rollers 21, 3 arranged in opposed relation to the drive roller 9 arranged on the outlet side of the plate cylinder 7 and the drive roller 10 arranged on the inlet side of the folding machine 3 and moved to respective drive rollers 9, 10 on the basis of the cut paper detection signals of the detection means 19 to press printing paper to the drive rollers 9, 10. Herein, the paper press rollers 21, 31 are operated on the basis of the cut paper detection signals of the detection means 19 to press the printing paper 4 to the drive rollers 9, 10 to apply feed force to the printing paper to prevent the winding of the printing paper around the plate cylinder 7 or an impression cylinder 8. |
