PURPOSE:To obtain the mark of a three-dimensional liver excising scheduled line for executing surely and efficiently the liver excision of the necessary minimum by constituting the subject needle so that a stopper tube can be brought to slide movement along a piercing needle, and the stopper tube can be fixed by bending together both of them. CONSTITUTION:After it is confirmed by an ultrasonic image that the tip 3 of a piercing needle 2 reaches a prescribed position, a collar 7 is pressed against the surface 10 of the liver by sliding a stopper tube 6, and at a bending point 9, the piercing needle 2 and the stopper tube 6 are bent together. As a result, the stopper tube 6 is fixed to the piercing needle 2, and comes not to be brought to slide movement. In this state, it is obstructed by the collar 7 of the stopper tube that the piercing needle 2 is pierced more deeply into the inside of the liver, it is prevented by a spiral screw groove 4 of the needle tip part that the piercing needle 2 falls out, and it is fixed to a fixed position. Also, since its position is confirmed clearly by an ultrasonic image device, a liver excision surgical operation can be performed safely and exactly without injuring the peritoneal cavity and the internal organs of a patient. |
