CONTAINER FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and surely execute a sterile treatment at the time of production and sterile maintenance before use by constituting a medicine container in such a manner that a communicating needle pricks the front end of a housing material and a plug by deformation of an easily deforming part when the container is moved toward a flexible container. SOLUTION: The container 1 for medical treatment has a communicating port 5 disposed to face the rubber plug 3 of a vial 2. The communicating port 5 is previously autoclave sterilized together with the flexible container 6 in a flexible container 6 filled with a soluble liquid 7 of a medicine 4 therein and the communicating needle 11 is housed sterily therein and is formed of the housing material 12 of the communicating needle 11 having a connecting member 13 at the front end a flexible cap 14. The outer peripheral surface of the connecting member 13 comes into tight contact with the inner peripheral surface of an elastic packing 15 mounted at the rubber plug 3 to sterily connect the housing member 12 and the rubber plug 3. The container is so constituted that the flexible cap 1 is deformed and the communicating needle 11 pricks the front end of the housing member 12 and the rubber plug 3 when the vial 2 is relatively moved toward the flexible container 6.
