Flushing of water supply ventilating valves - covering whole valve periodically with water under pressure and using stopper where housing cover opening is inadequate

Rinsing method is for ventilating valves of water supply pipes which operate automatically. The whole interior area of the valve is periodically flushed through under full water pressure, avoiding an any unflushed spaces. the water outlet is located at the top end of the valve housing. The housing cover (1) of valves which either have no opening or an opening of insufficient size for flushing purposes is fitted with a stopper (2) guided in a sleeve with spray cover (3) fitted above the housing cover (1) and which is fitted with an attachment (4) for the operation to free the flushing opening.
