<p>Frames for supporting a series of pendant air filter cloths are made of polyester resin reinforced with glass fibres/matting/cloth. The crests of the filter pockets may be interlaminated with the GRP supporting structure. Esp. suitable for industrial applications in environments subject to chemical or electrolytic corrosion, in place where metal frames lack corrosion resistance and polyrethane frames lack fire-resistance. Can be produced by various techniques (moulding, forming, lay-up) depending on prodn. scale reqd.</p> |
