This apparatus has a pipe(11) linked to the cleansing liquid tank(7) and a pipe(12) connected to the compressed air tank. The nozzle(6) is set at the tip of the pipe. The liquid tank is set up higher than the main mechanism(1). When the length of the air pipe is less than 10 meters, the diameter of that is 9 mm. When that length is in excess of 10 meters, the 12 mm pipe in diameter is used.
