PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice cake free from growing moldy even when it is stored at room temperature for a long period of time. SOLUTION: Glutinous rice (700g) is washed to prepare 1,000g of washed rice. The washed rice is steamed with 220cm<3> of steamed water for 25 hours. In addition, 36cc of permission juice is added to the steamed rice and they are kneaded by pounding for 15 minutes to give rice cake. |
