<p>PURPOSE:To make a main memory common in use and to accelerate communication by using a dedicated communication path by broadcasting the whole or a part of the content of the main memory of each decentralized computer to another decentralized computer. CONSTITUTION:The decentralized computers (10-1...10-n) are connected to broadcast memories (60-1...60-n) as the main memories having (n) areas (B1...Bn), respectively. To make those main memories common in use, a system is constituted in such a way that distributed broadcast controllers(DBC) (70-1...70n) send data to another DBC via (n) broadcasting communication paths (80-1...80-n), and write received data in the areas (either B1...Bn) corresponding to a delivery origin. In such a way, it is possible to perform broadcasting for its own in spite of the operation of another decentralized computer.</p> |
