<p>PURPOSE:To supply the stable output to an AC power source and a welding power source by detecting the welding current by a current transformer, and supplying the current to the field winding of an exciter through a rectifier by the signal to generate the exciting output corresponding to the welding output. CONSTITUTION:The voltage is generated in the exciter winding 6 commonly used as an AC power source by the rotation of a rotor 19, and the voltage is generated in the armature winding 9 of the exciter to flow the current. This current is rectified by a rectifier 15, and the current flows in the field winding 8 to generate the magnetic flux. Then, the voltage is generated through the crossing of the armature winding 16 for welding of a stator 17 with the exciter winding 6 commonly used as the AC power source. The welding current during the welding operation is detected by a current transformer 4, and the output is limited by a control circuit 12. The voltage from an open-delta winding 18 is applied to the field winding 7 of the exciter, and the exciting output corresponding to the welding output is generated to the open-delta winding. This constitution supplies the stable welding current to the welding terminal through a rectifier 3.</p> |
