<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the positional relationship between a latch member and a close lever from being reversed even though a door is to be opened just after the door is closed, thereby it is possible to prevent the opening and closing of the door thereafter from being hindered. CONSTITUTION:An engaging mechanism for regulating the opening of a door is composed of a striker 1, a latch member 3 fixed to a vehicle body, and a close lever 8. Further, a pushing member 15 which is adapted to be associated with the rotation of the close lever 8 toward a full stroke position from an initial position so as to push the latch member 3 to a full lock position from a half lock position where the latch member 3 is retained thereafter, is provided to the close lever 8.</p> |
