PURPOSE:To manufacture a urethane molded product consisting of a resin sheet and a urethane foam molded integratedly with each other by injecting and foaming a raw material for urethane foam with high foaming pressure on the upper section of a resin sheet set in an injection mold. CONSTITUTION:A top force 3 is engaged with a bottom force 2 in the state that a sheet 10 is placed on the upper side of the bottom force 2 and the resin sheet 10 is set in an injection mold 1. After that, a liquid A and a liquid B, raw materials for polyurethane resin, are injected, while mixed, into a space 5 between the resin sheet 10 and the top force 3 by an injector 7 under high pressure. The polymerization reaction and foaming of the raw material for urethane foam is started with said injection, and while the resin sheet 10 is fixed by pressure on a mold face 2a of the bottom force 2 by the high pressure generated at that time, a urethane foam is formed on the upper surface side of the resin sheet 10. |
