PURPOSE:To achieve prevention of seeping processed ink from scattering by a method wherein ink wiped off with a blade part by an ink inducing part formed by tapering a front fringe part off below a sweeping member is introduced downward along an inclination of the front fringe part tapered off. CONSTITUTION:A second sweeping plate 35 is fitted to a side plate 8 via a fitting 36, which is composed of a material having appropriate flexibility. Since its top part is always kept in a projected state, sweeping is performed everytime a recording head 1 passes this position. Then, a front fringe of an ink inducing part 35B taking no part in sweeping of the second sweeping plate is formed in a cut shape so as to have downward inclination. Further, by forming an ink path 36A by projecting downward a part of the fitting plate 36 linked to a bottom end of the ink inducing part 35B, the ink wiped off with a blade part 35A can be made to flow down from the blade part 35A to an ink absorbing material 38 along the ink inducing part 35B and the ink path 36A, and is never stayed. |
