摘要

PURPOSE:To improve life and reliability of a ceramics by adding a prescribed ratio of Y to a perovskite-type ceramic composition having high dielectric constant and containing Pb as a constitutional element. CONSTITUTION:The aimed ceramic composition having high dielectric constant formed by adding 100-500000ppm (expressed in terms of Y2O3) Y to a perovskite- type ceramic composition having high dielectric constant. The above-mentioned ceramic composition contains >=50mol% of one or more kind of Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3) O3 and Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O2 and 1-35mol% of Pb is substituted with one or more kind of Ba, Sr and Ca.
