PURPOSE:To enhance the cyclic lifetime characteristics by accomplishing a uniform internal pressure in the battery jar of a Li battery. CONSTITUTION:Sheet-form pos. electrodes 1 including a substance to intercalate Li ions and sheet-from neg. electrodes 2 containing a substance to intercalate Li metal or Li ion are laminated alternately with separators 3 interposed, and thus a cluster of electrodes is formed. To this cluster a pressure of 1kg/cm or more is applied by a pressurizing member 5 in the direction perpendicular to the cluster, and thus a Li batter is accomplished. |
