PURPOSE:To obtain a feed enriching material composed of rice KOJI (yeast) lees, etc., capable of enhancing the value of culled cattle as milking cattle and useful for culled milking cows, etc., excellent in meat quality. CONSTITUTION:The objective feed enriching material is composed of, e.g. rice KOJI lees prepared by propagating a mold of the genus Aspergillus, preferably the rice KOJI lees such as sweet SAKE (Japanese rice wine) lees and sepiolite [preferably at (1/20)=(1/4) weight ratio of the sepiolite: rice KOJI lees]. Furthermore, the aforementioned enriching material is preferably administered in an amount of 0.3-0.7kg/day.head to cattle. |
