<p>PURPOSE:To easily confirm the loading of a memory card and the consumed state of a backup battery. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 5 judges the normality/abnormality of the backup battery 4 by comparing an input voltage VB from the battery 4 with a reference voltage VR. When a terminal T2 is connected to a power supply line Vcc through a pull-up resistor R3, the loading/ejection of a memory card 1 is electrically detected. When the memory card 1 is not loaded, both LED1 and LED2 are simultaneously turned off by the action of AND gates 6, 7, and when the memory card 1 is loaded and the battery 4 is consumed, only the LED2 is turned on. When the battery 4 is normal, only the LED1 is turned on.</p> |
