CONSTITUTION:A gear box is temporarily pressed into the wheel shaft hole of a wheel 53, the wheel 53 is set to a wheel feeder 40, it is held by a conveying robot 30 and conveyed to an assembly station 1, the gear box is pressed into the home position, then the color, the presence of the gear box and the length are confirmed. A front fork set in advance and the wheel 53 are positioned, an axle shaft is assembled, and the wheel 53 is rotated by a wheel rotating system. The direction of the gear box is matched with the front fork by this rotation and fixed.</p> |
