PURPOSE:To provide a bending method and a template for bending, which enable the bending of a plastic sheet smoothly in a high speed, in the bending method and the template for bending said sheet when a shutter attached to a disc cassette is formed of the plastic sheet. CONSTITUTION:A heated plastic sheet 10 is bent so as to have an U-shape section employing a template 16, in which windows 12 and pawls 14, 22 are formed on the plastic sheet 10 while restricting grooves 18, 19 for bending the tongues of the pawls 14, 22 by right angle substantially and preventing the returning of the bent pawls 14, 22 are provided. |
