PURPOSE:To obtain a high-reliability casting mold which can uniformly cure a casting material and prevent an occurrence of a residual stress to form a cast molded piece hardly generating a partial electric discharge. CONSTITUTION:In a mold 1, a Teflon mold 2 having a small thermal conductivity is set in a first approximately 1/3 part of a cavity 3 of the mold 1 from a resin casting inlet 4. For the mold 1, a material having a thermal conductivity larger than that of the Teflon mold 2 is used. In this manner, the cavity 3 has an increasing temperature gradient from the resin casting inlet 4. |
