This invention concerns an oscillation circuit which uses a charge and discharge, utilizing the electric potential change of the transistor, and provides a low power consumption oscillation circuit that uses a bias circuit. This circuit is composed of the resistances and transistors. A reference current is set by the resistors (R11,R12) and transistor (Q11), and transistors (Q13,Q16,Q21,Q26) are decided in order. The currents flowing on transistors (Q12,Q18,Q22) are decided by the transistor Q13. So low power consumption oscillation circuit is obtained.
