PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain smooth motion in low speed operation of a rotary reel member even by using a small size low cost stepping motor. SOLUTION: A gear member 89 engaging with a shaft gear 102 to be attached to an output shaft 101 of a stepping motor and having an inner periphery gear part 96 with a number of teeth more than that of a shaft gear 102 is integrally formed on a rotary reel member 52a. Thereby, the step angle of the shaft gear 102 becomes smaller to a ratio of the number of teeth of the shaft gear divided by the number of teeth of the gear member 89 and it cause to enable to obtain smooth rotary motion in a low speed operation of the rotary reel member 52a integrally, formed with the gear member 89 and to use a conventional low cost stepping motor 100. |
