PURPOSE:To reduce magnetic resistance, to improve magnetic shield effect, to raise electric resistance, to prevent generation of eddy current and to make heat hardly generated even in a strong magnetic field by incorporating mixture powder of scaly soft magnetic powder and insulating soft magnetic powder in resin. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic shield material 10 is formed by blending scaly soft magnetic powder 12 and insulating soft magnetic powder 13 in resin 11. As the kind of resin, thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, etc., are used properly in accordance with ruse conditions. An average grain diameter of the scaly soft magnetic powder 12 is 5mum to 1mm and an average grain diameter of the insulating soft magnetic powder 13 is 1 to 100mum. The rate of mixture powder of the magnetic shield material 10 is 90 to 50wt.%. The rate of the insulating soft magnetic powder 13 in mixture powder is 80 to 10wt.%. In the magnetic shield material, the scaly soft magnetic powder 12 is orientated in layers in resin 11 through the insulating soft magnetic powder 13. |
