PURPOSE: To simplify the winding work by forming a secondary coil of two sections of opposite winding directions connected in series and winding a primary coil around both sections in same direction. CONSTITUTION: Wire of a secondary coil 14 is brazed to a limit member 13 and wound, in one layer, around a spool 10 up to a direction converter 17 within a winding range 16 and then it is returned, in same winding direction, back to the limit member 13 and wound again up to the direction converter 17 thus forming a multilayer coil. Subsequently, the wire is passed through an opening 18 and guided, in reverse winding direction, into a winding range 15 while being supported by the direction converter 17. The wire is wound up to a limit member 12 in the winding range 15 such that the number of windings and the number of layer of the secondary coil 14 are equal for the ranges 15, 16. Thereafter, the secondary coil 14 is covered with a sheet and a primary coil 21 is wound in same direction over the winding ranges 15, 16. According to the method, the number of manufacturing steps is decreased and the manufacturing process is simplified. |
