<p>PURPOSE:To produce a pouch reduced in the production cost price by enabling the mass production of an intermediate product, enhancing efficiency of business and having a merit increasing data quantity. CONSTITUTION:One side of an oversheet 12 composed of a rectangular plate- shaped material made of transparent polyethylene terephthalate or polycarbonate having a saturated polyester resin layer applied to the inner surface thereof and folded double so as to cover a core material 11 is bonded to one side of the core material 11 composed of a rectangular plate-shaped material made of polyethylene terephthalate having ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer resin or ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin layers applied to both surfaces thereof to prepare a pouch card material. A twice-folded video print 14 is inserted in the gap between the core material 11 and the oversheet 12 in such a state that the surface thereof becomes outside so as to hold the core material 11 and the whole is bonded under heating and pressure.</p> |
