<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to prescribe a safe and logical training menu meeting the condition of a user by forming the training menu of the ensuing stage according to the execution condition of training based on the formed training menu. CONSTITUTION:The kinetic load value, exercise time per day, etc., in the training menu called out of a memory section 2 are set in a load control section 5 at the time of carrying out the training. A load section 1 applies the kinetic load meeting the training menu to a user. The time when the training is done actually is stored in the memory section 2 and this exercise time is added at every conduction of the training. The target value is corrected by comparison between the total exercise time and cumulative exercise time in the training menu of the previous time when the next training menu is formed in a training menu forming section 4. The fresh training menu is then formed in accordance with the target value after the correction.</p> |
