PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color filter with the pigment concn. increased in the picture element and/or black matrix and with the performance such as film strength and adhesive strength causing no trouble in the practical use in the photopolymerizable composition contg. a photopolymerizable compd. and a red, green or blue pigment by surface-treating the pigment with an aluminous coupling agent. SOLUTION: This photopolymerizable composition for a color filter contains a photopolymerization initiator and a photopolymerizable compd. having >=2 ethylenic unsaturated double bonds and contains the red, green or blue pigment so that the absorbance of the dried film having 1μm thickness is controlled to >=1.1, and the pigment is surface-treated with an aluminous coupling agent. Acetoalkoxyaluminum dialkylate, etc., are exemplified as the coupling agent, and the addition is controlled to 0.01-30wt.%, preferably to 0.05-20wt.% and more preferably to 0.1-10wt.%. |
