<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a toner having excellent offset resistance, low temp. fixing property, storage stability, pulverizing property, fixing strength and dispersibility of a fixing assistant by forming such a structure that a crystalline material is chemically bonded to a toner resin which constitutes the matrix phase. SOLUTION: In the resin compsn., a crystalline material is chemically bonded to a resin for toner which constitutes the matrix phase. In this case, the resin compsn. for tonor is composed of a toner-use resin and a low melting point crystalline material. As for the toner-use resin, a resin having a dispersion structure of a domain-matrix (island-sea) type obtd. by a method of polymer blending, block copolymn., graft copolymn., etc., can be used. As for the resin component to constitute the domain phase and the matrix phase, for example, vinyl (co)polymers, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, epoxy resin, butylal resin, xylene resin, petroleum resin, etc., can be used.</p> |
