The invention refers to the oil and gas industry and can be used in textile and leather manufacturing or in other industries, where its necessary to distribute filling environments from capillary and pore holding formations. Method for filling environment distribution from capillary and pore holding formations or filling this formation with environment includes pumping-in the substance, influence with periodical oscillation, changing its frequency and peripheral influence with oscillation groups. Periodical oscillation influence is changed to monotonous or discretely within set range, beginning from its minimal cost to maximal, and another way, giving priority to the 1-80Hz and 80-1Hz frequency ranges. Discrete oscillation frequency changes are combined with oscillation range increasing. It can work with impulse groups. Working with several oscillation sources, at least two of them are working in adverse oscillation frequency change mode, one is working in frequency increasing mode, but another in frequency decreasing mode, and its advisable for one source to work in discrete mode. Pumping-in material can be mixed water with gas (for example, CO), vapour, solvent, in great temperature range simmering hydrocarbon group. Capillary and pore holding formations are different capillary and pore holding bodies, like pore membranes, clothes, ground, oil and gas storing layers etc. This method is different with high efficiency and little energy usage.
